Returns Policy

We hope that you enjoy and are satisfied with both our products and our service. If unsatisfied, you may feel it is necessary to return products to us. If so, please follow these instructions when returning goods as it may delay the process if items are not returned correctly. You are responsible for any associated charges incurred in returning goods, unless we have agreed to reimburse you through a separate agreement.

Damaged Goods

As the customer, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery. You must contact us promptly should any problems arise. If any of the packaging is damaged in any way, please sign for the parcel as damaged. You should inform us in writing or by email within 48 hours of delivery regarding missing, broken or defective goods.

Returning Goods 

When sending goods back to us, you are responsible for the safe return of these items. We recommend that your insure them for their full value while in transit back to us, so that you can recover the full cost of the goods should they get lost, stolen or damaged. Please retain your proof of postage, shipping receipt and insurance details as we will not accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen returned goods.

Each return must be clearly marked with a return number. A return number will be issued to you when we process your request.

You must return the product to us as your own cost, as required by these terms. If you do not or if you return the product to us at our expense then we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product except in the case of cancellation of substitute products.

Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition.

Goods should be returned within 7 working days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within 7 working days you must advise us at the time of cancellation.

Refunds 

Refunds are issued after we investigate each return. A decision as to whether you are entitled to a refund will be made. Once we have confirmed that you are entitled to a refund, refunds are made within 14 days of the date we received the goods back.

Refunds are only made when the product in question has been received by us in its original delivery state.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased a full refund. To cancel your order you must notify us within 14 days after entering into the service contract. The service will not be provided before the 14 day cancellation period has ended, unless you have requested otherwise. In this instance, you still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel. The right to cancel is lost if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.

We are not obliged to accept the return of a product unless covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your order may only be canceled in writing or by email: sales@thewholepicturecompany.co.uk. You must do so within 14 days. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.

Products are accepted at our discretion, and are subject to the deduction of a handling fee and administration fee of 10% plus delivery costs. To find out whether this will be possible, please contact us by email: sales@thewholepicturecompany.co.uk.
